Health insurance cover will vary according to your policy. We can help complete your claim form for your insurance company which you can then submit to your health insurance provider to seek reimbursement. It is the patient’s responsibility to pay for their treatment first, then seek reimbursement from their insurer by submitting the completed claim form and payment receipt.
